“Complete MRCGP” is the trading name of Complete GP Training Ltd.
“Us” or “We” or “Our” refers to Complete MRCGP
“Service” or “Services” refers to all Content purchased from Complete MRCGP (via email (completemrcgp@gmail.com) or website (completeMRCGP.co.uk)) and the communication to deliver that Content.
“Content” refers to any written or verbal information or publication created, written by or provided by Complete MRCGP, in any forum. This includes but is not limited to the website (completeMRCGP.co.uk), course content, promotional material and email correspondence.
“Users” refers to any person using the Services.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you agree there is no partnership or joint venture between yourself and Complete MRCGP
User Conduct
You are a UK ST3 GP Trainee and agree you are eligible to take the RCGP’s SCA exam when purchasing our Services.
You are asked to supply your GMC number and nhs.net email address on booking. Course zoom details are only sent to nhs.net email accounts.
You may not, or facilitate any other party to:
- Log into the course from outside the UK.
- Provide any third party access to Services or Content.
- Make claims of affiliation with Complete MRCGP, our Services or Content.
- Carry our acts of infringement of our Intellectual Property.
- Record, share, forward or distribute our Content or Services.
- Plagiarise, copy, adapt, reproduce or create derivative work of our content or Services
- Use our trademark, identity, company or trading name.
- Attempt to gain access to our Services, including our Website or emails.
- Attempt to insert a virus, code or any other means to change our Services and Content through malicious and illegal acts.
Your privacy and data
When purchasing our Services, you agree to

Payments and Refunds
Payments for Services by Complete MRCGP are made securely through tyl by Natwest.
Complete GP Training Limited reserves the right to change pricing of products, however will not change the price of a purchase already made.
Complete MRCGP reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking. In this event:
- The User will be offered that their place is transferred to a future date or a full refund.
- Complete MRCGP does not accept liability or responsibility for any other losses incurred by the User.
Complete MRCGP reserves the right to change and update the Content or Service at any time.
Complete MRCGP’s Cancellation and Refund Policy, which applies to when the User wishes to cancel the purchase of a Service includes:
- If you cancel more than 6 weeks before the date of the course , you will be given a full refund minus £10 admin fee, or the option to move your place to any future course date with available places.
- If you need to change or cancel your place less than 6 weeks before the date of the course:
- you may transfer your place to a friend. There is no charge for this but please send us the new name and contact details
- we will attempt to fill your place and, if we are able to do so, you will receive a full refund minus £10 admin fee

Communication with other Users
Where our Services include a platform where Users can interact through written, verbal or non-verbal communication, Complete MRCGP can not validate or endorse the accuracy, quality, legality or safety of communication from other users and is therefore not liable for what is said by other Users of the Service.
Complete MRCGP shall have no responsibility to confirm the identity of Users or their eligibility to take the RCGP exam.
Users shall at all time exercise common sense, good judgment and professionalism from Good Medical Practice, when dealing with any other Users of the Services.
Complete MRCGP makes every attempt to uphold our professional integrity and follow the standards of the GMC and urgers all Users to do the same.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
Our Services are provided to you without warranty.
Complete MRCGP makes no warranty of the accuracy or reliability of the Content.
Complete MRCGP makes no warranty that the Content will provide you with the information that meets your requirements, expectations or leads to success in your examination.
Content is given in good faith. You must not rely on the Content as Medical Advice. Content should be seen as professional development only and not replace your own good clinical judgement, up to date medical Guidelines, specialist advice and BNF publications. Complete MRCGP will not be held responsible for actions taken by the User based on the Content from our Services.
Complete MRCGP disclaims any responsibility or liability to any person or organisation for any loss, damage or harm of any kind for actions taken by the User based on the Content from our Services or communication received from other Users.
Complete MRCGP works with our contractors to deliver our Content and Services. Complete MRCGP has the right to delegate to our contractors to support the delivery of our Content and Services and uses good faith with regards to their professionalism.
We make every effort to keep our website and Services secure. We make no warranty that our website and Services are free of viruses or have not been hacked.
Indemnity
You agree to not use or rely on our Services and Content as medical advice or guidance.
You agree to indemnify Complete GP Training Ltd and any person contracted by Complete MRCGP to deliver our Services or Content from any harm or claim and against all: liabilities, expenses, damages, costs (including legal) and losses (direct, indirect or consequential) from your reliance on or use of our Services or Content.
You agree to indemnify Complete GP Training Ltd and any person contracted by Complete MRCGP to deliver our Services or Content from any harm or claim and against all: liabilities, expenses, damages, costs (including legal) and losses (direct, indirect or consequential) suffered by Complete MRCGP from any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
You agree to approach any disagreement in good faith through communication with Complete MRCGP directly.
In the event that we are challenged, we would make every attempt to make corrections and act in good faith. Complete MRCGP makes every attempt to uphold our professional integrity and follow the the standards of the GMC.
Any dispute or claim that is not resolved through good faith communication and negotiations shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the law and courts of England and Wales.
Breach or violation of Terms and Conditions
In the event of breach or violation of these Terms and Consitions, Complete MRCGP reserves the right to cancel or remove your place from our Service and take appropriate measures with regards to acts of probity, Good Medical Practice and the law.
