Dr Emily Blount

Emily is a General Practitioner and GP Educator in Oxfordshire. She graduated at Newcastle University and has since lived in Auckland, New Zealand and Boston, Massachusetts. Following her role as Oxford Training Programme Director, she continues to teach consultation skills to Thames Valley trainees. In 2022 she joined Healthily to share her enthusiasm for great medicine at scale and for healthcare information to be accessible, for everyone, anywhere. Emily has two small children.
Dr Helen Kirby-Blount
MB ChB (hons) DRCOG MRCGP
Helen graduated from Manchester University in 2009. Helen is a GP in Nottinghamshire and a Clumber Training Programme Director. Helen created the FOCUS Consultation Model. Helen leads and facilitates CSA teaching sessions to her local GP trainees. In her “spare time” Helen is a busy mother to her two daughters.
Dr Liz Moulton MBE
MBChB, DRCOG, MMEd (distinction), FRCGP
A GP trainer for 30 years, with a wealth of experience of preparing candidates for the MRCGP, Liz has also undertaken most roles within HEE Yorkshire and the Humber and was Deputy Director of Postgraduate GP Education. Liz has been a GP advisor to Leeds Health Authority, to the Department of Health and to the RCGP practice support unit. She taught the Masters’ programme for medical education at Leeds University for 5 years. Liz currently works as a freelance GP, consultation skills expert and appraiser for GPs and ROs. Liz is the author of The Naked Consultation, and has three sons and four grandchildren.
